The timeline spans the complete global eclipse from first to last penumbral contact. Local circumstances include the selected-time obscuration, maximum obscuration, and local beginning and ending times. Eclipse event parameters are based on NASA/GSFC data, while topocentric Sun and Moon positions are calculated with Astronomy Engine.
